[Salinas, CA] August 5, 2026 – MFCP (Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc.), a leading Parker Hannifin distributor of fluid connectors, industrial hose, and fluid power solutions, has acquired CSC, a respected provider of agricultural and industrial hydraulic products and services with seven locations in California and Arizona.

Established in 1994, CSC has built a reputation as a premier supplier of hydraulic solutions serving the agricultural and industrial markets throughout California's Central Coast and Arizona's Yuma Valley. Known for its knowledgeable team, bilingual customer support, quality products, and commitment to customer service, CSC has become a trusted partner to growers, contractors, equipment operators, and industrial customers throughout the region.

The acquisition strengthens MFCP's presence in key agricultural markets and enhances its ability to support customers with expanded inventory, fluid power expertise, and local service capabilities. The addition of CSC's locations strengthens MFCP's West Coast presence, expanding coverage along California's Central Coast and enhancing service capabilities across the western United States.

"For more than three decades, CSC has built its business around taking care of customers and supporting local communities," said Ross Surratt, MFCP CEO. "Their strong presence in agriculture, commitment to service, and experienced team make CSC a natural fit for MFCP. We're excited to build on that legacy and continue providing the high level of support customers have come to expect."

MFCP plans to continue operating CSC's existing locations to ensure a seamless transition for customers while investing in additional resources, inventory, and support capabilities.

"What impressed us most about CSC was the strength of its customer relationships and reputation in the markets it serves," said Ryan Rasmussen, MFCP EVP of Corporate Development. "Those relationships are the result of years of hard work, local expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer success. CSC's locations are also a strong geographic complement to our existing operations, helping us create a more connected footprint across California and Arizona. We're excited to bring additional resources, inventory, and technical capabilities to customers while preserving the local service and relationships that have been the foundation of CSC's success.”

Customers can expect uninterrupted service and continued support from the same trusted local teams, along with access to MFCP's broader product portfolio, engineering resources, and supply chain capabilities.
