The dimensions of [Parker HY Series fittings](https://www.hoseandfittingsetc.com/product/fittings/hose-fittings/hy-series/), produced after September 2012, have been changed. Parker Hose Products Division (HPD) is marking all boxes containing the new fittings with a *blue* *label*.  The alteration only occurs in straight configurations (sizes -6 and -8).

 

 

1. The distance between the end of the shell and the end of the nipple is longer in the new design.
2. The pre-crimp diameter is larger in the new design.
3. The shoulder width has changed and is reflected dimensionally in the print above.
4. The through hole has been increased and is reflected in the above print.
