Here are the highlights of the recently updated product warranty for all products within the Parker CGGC Business Unit. The new document clarifies Parker's warranty procedures, coverage, and time allowances. The goal of these changes is to better serve our customers by ensuring accuracy and consistency on warranty claims. Parker estimates, that the new policy will result in faster resolution of any claims.
