Orifice Fittings

Orifice adapters are compact and cost effective way to pre-set, a specified orifice in specific hydraulic tube or hose line. Costly flow control valves can be eliminated or minimized in a system and hydraulic system maintenance managers can be assured that end users are not adjusting the factory established flow and speed characteristics of the hydraulic system.

  • 37° flare and ORFS configurations as standard
  • Three standard body sizes available: 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”
  • Available in commonly accepted pre-set orifice sizes
  • Designed for permanent or temporary installation
  • Can be installed in-line into hydraulic system by simply connecting between hose swivel and adapter
  • Orifice size is permanently stamped on body
  • Can eliminate costly flow control valves
