System Design

Our on-site System Engineers follow an integrated approach that considers the entire life cycle of a product, from design through production, delivery, installation, and technical support.

MFCP system design includes design, analysis and troubleshooting, 2D/3D conceptual design and layout, and system efficiency analysis.

System Installation

With MFCP system installation, you will get custom machine guard installation, control panel assembly, testing, startup and commissioning, post-install tuning of system operation, and personnel training.

System Troubleshooting

Hydraulic Power Units

MFCP can provide you with one of our standard power units, or design a custom unit per your requirements.

Our standard power units include horizontal, vertical, or low-profile configurations, fixed or variable pumps with 5-80 gallon reservoirs.

For special requirements, our team will engineer, assemble, test, and install your custom power unit.

Custom Manifold Design & Fabrication

MFCP provides standard or custom hydraulic and pneumatic manifolds in aluminum or steel.

Our custom manifold fabrication includes design, machining, assembly, testing, and documentation.

Control Systems & UL508A Enclosures

MFCP's team in Corona, CA is ready to design and build your UL508A panel per your requirements.

Our Corona facility is UL508A qualified to ensure the safe and reliable operation of all types of electric and electronic equipment.   

Pneumatic Systems & Assemblies

MFCP engineers and technicians are ready to design and assemble whole pneumatic systems or sub-assemblies.

Examples include complete pneumatic systems, complete test stands, two-hand control systems, valve banks and manifolds, air-prep assemblies, air logic panels, custom manifolds, and other assemblies.

Schematics

MFCP can provide you with complete hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics for your existing system - or the one we designed for you. 

Custom Machine Guarding

MFCP utilizes custom T-slot extrusions to design and fabricate custom machine guarding to improve the safety of your specific machine or equipment.

We are experts in designing solutions for new or existing machines, replacement of existing non-compliant guards, access doors or panels, door monitoring sensor solutions, safety interlocks, and more.

Workstations & Workcells
