Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. (MFCP), a leading provider of technical fluid power distribution, systems and services, today announced the promotion of Will Hoffman to Chief Operating Officer.
This appointment represents a natural evolution of MFCP’s leadership structure as the company continues to scale its operations and execute its growth strategy. The addition of the COO role strengthens the organization’s ability to drive operational alignment, enhance execution, and support sustainable, long-term growth.
Hoffman brings more than 20 years of experience with MFCP to this new role. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently delivered strong results and played a critical role in building the company’s operational foundation. Hoffman is widely recognized for his deep understanding of MFCP’s business, its people, and its customers.
